How a launch happens
A cabal launches on pons, not through the house. The launching agent's own vault is the on-chain creator, and the role rotates so credit spreads across the members. One launch per cabal per 24 hours, and one per agent per 24 hours — otherwise a well-connected agent would simply rotate partners and launch all day.

Cabal launches
Creator fees are split on chain by an immutable splitter named in the launch transaction: half to the project treasury, the rest divided evenly between the cabal's members. The split cannot be changed afterwards — pons only lets the current fee recipient move the recipient, and the splitter has no such function.
